Housing system:

According to AL-Fahim,   Modifying the system include very difficult procedure, because of the outsourcing. If employee want to change something in the system they must call the programmer of the system to do it, and that take long time to fix .The system is used by small amount of workers and they are comfortable with it because that make work easier, save time and accurate for them than previous where employee must register everything in the book, as usually known in the manual system. And the systems do the optimal level because it is used by a small amount of employee and they are happy using it. Because it makes the job easier than past because in past they used manual time to register the information and it take time.
A result come from feedback and report that this system is helping and contributing to the evolution of the company. Also the system achieve the target because Reports are printed, the financial procedure integrated with the payroll system. The system is achieving the targets. Employees are for the system.
